This two-stage system is configured to address common rainwater and tank water concerns, including sediment, organic matter, bacteria, iron, algal toxins and airborne chemical contaminants.

The 20-inch and 10-inch systems use the same filtration technology and provide the same filtration quality when fitted with equivalent cartridges. The difference is the physical cartridge and housing size.

Two-Stage Rainwater and Tank Water Filtration

Stage 1 – One-Micron PSAB Filter

• Removes sediment and organic matter

• Assists with iron reduction

• Designed to block and kill up to 99.8% of bacteria

• Performance is not dependent on water clarity in the same way as ultraviolet treatment

Stage 2 – One-Micron Silver-Infused Carbon Fibre Filter

• Reduces chemical contaminants

• Reduces algal toxins

• Reduces contaminants associated with airborne chemical spray drift

• Provides a secondary bacteria barrier

• Helps provide downstream bacterial protection throughout the home
