Shipping and Freight Charges

1.    We ship to all states and territories of Australia. We also ship to overseas countries.
2.    If you would like to place an overseas order, please phone 1300 055 300 – discuss the array of shipping options available.
3.    Express Freight carriers like FEDEX / TNT can be used if you so wish, please call 1300 055 300 to arrange. Freight charges will be calculated according to weight, size, business, or residential address.
4.    Domestic freight charges are shown in the store checkout.
5.    No packing or handling fees are applied to damaged or missing orders and are promptly replaced.
6.    Goods are dispatched same day or within 24 hours of payments being cleared. 
7.    Availability of stock, our warehouse facilities are extensive 1700 sqm – stock shortages are unlikely.
8.     Express Post is no longer a guaranteed overnight service, the advantage of Express Post is that it’s an air freight service, can take up to 3 days before delivery, product quality recommended for satchel orders to SA,WA and NT.
9.    Customer will be contacted before an order is sent out if there are any shortages, anomalies, or we think you’ve made an error, or there may be a better option.
10.    International customers are responsible for any additional fees or duties applicable to their orders – please check your local authorities.
